Title: contract cleaning risk assesment

i have been asked by a company that i sub contract for to send in a risk assesment and health and saftey sheet does anyone have a copy that i could adapt .
 the work i do is comon area cleaning and office cleaning

hi there

there are a number of differing risk assessements, manual handling, slip trips and falls, and trailing electrical leads, to mention a few.
ideally they will want site specific risk assessments, method statement, COSHH data sheets (MSDS) and COSHH risk assessments.

they like all clients need these to satisfy their insurance requirements, and their duty of care with regard to health and safety.
