spam is not great and could give a bad result

No mate. I don't know about you but I ignore spam.

I really don't mean to be picky but do you have an Ionics system? Only your company logo suggests you do and I'm no expert but don't Ionics sue windows cleaners using there logo without owning an Ionics system bought directly from them??
