Title: Booster pump keeps stoping

It keeps slowing down and stoping sometimes.If I tap it with a hammer it starts again but sometimes slow.
Has anyone got any ideas ?

It could be as the pressure is building up the pressure switch come in and switches it off till the pressure drps as the water passes through the membrane. If this is the case you need to ajust the pressure switch.
