Title: Risk and method Statements ???

Could anyone help me here with how i put together risk and method statements i have landed quite a few commecial and shop window cleaning and they all need me to send them these statements. This is new to me so any help would be most helpful

They are all written on a recent word document, you might need to upgrade your version of Microsoft Word.

Its hard to belive but in all the years I have been working I have never been asked for one of these, I think its only a matter of time before i am so if you would be kind enough to send me one Darran i would be very grateful.

i also have never been asked for any of these on my commercial jobs.

i would also be interested though as things are bound to change over the next few years
