Been away from the forum for a while lads, back now.  Business has been picking up steadily for me in the last while and by canvassing areas myself and not wasting my flyers i am picking up mostly good customers which is better in the long run, now have around 80 customers in total which isnt too bad considering the poope winter we have had and the rain etc recently not to mention the economy and my competition :)

i dont mean im doing that now, i meant thats what i have been doing, im now being left with the good and the bad has been ditched :)

JDR I have found I am going the same way.Getting rid of all the rubbish and keeping the gold.With out working much harder I am able to get better money from new customers.Pay slow, low fee. crap with access, not today etc get rid I say.Some times you know why they needed a W/C.

So what would we summarise as the key criteria for a bad customer?
You suggested
1. Bad payer
2. Bad access
3. Not today (as in controlling in when and how often they want you to do it)
4.Poorly priced.

Are there any other factors and are they in the correct order of importance?
