Title: contracts/solicitors/tupe

hi folks,now before anyone sounds off at me i do understand the basics of tupe and the regs.now i have had what i thought was my last draft for my cleaning contract for my perusal but i had a light bulb moment, and this is a very rare thing,do i need to put anything in to the contract regarding tupe ,any good sound advice would be appreached . kind regards blacksheep
 
  ps; I know i ask all the wrong questions some of the time but your answer may save my bacon one day thanks

hi there,

you may want to put a clause in the contract , "that you have priced the contract based on all dislcosed knowledge" therefore if TUPE arrises then you may want to review your pricing structure.

This quotation is subject to any variant that is found to be necessary following disclosure of employment costs under T.U.P.E. provisions and/or as a result of legislation relating to minimum wage rates and conditions of employment.
