Title: Can i pick your brains ...
Post by: Blue Frog Systems on May 17, 2010, 08:43:58 pm
Hi guys, was wondering if i can pick your brains...

Been out knocking tonight and nothing from me or the lad knocking with me. So tomorrow i have no work on.

Im going to spend the morning targeting business's and need a little help. Now ive only ever knocked residential and am not sure on how to approach the business side. This is where i need your help...

How best do i approach companys regarding window cleaning ?
Im planning on walking in, but not too sure what to do / say from there on.

Im planning on going to residential homes, a few industrial estates and also considering approaching letting/estate agents too.

How would you approach a company ?

Pricing wise im just planning on doing the same as i do with residential work.

Any help/tips/advice appreciated

JP

no,   just ask the person on the front desk, if they got a window cleaner and are they happy with them, as they probably no more that some one in mangement,  if they say no then ask to speak to some who you can give a quote to also ask who the manager is and write it down and send a written quote in even if they say we dont want a quote
