Title: Gutter cleaning + Waste license ?

Call me thick but do you need a license from the council to dispose of the waste that you clean from gutters ?

legally ya probly should have one if ya work by the rulebook i think driveway cleaners should have one, but if its just domestic there houldnt be a problem just chuckin it in there wheelie bin for gardenin stuff it is just bit of compost really

if you dispose of it in their garden waste bins you are ok, if you move it of site , you need to be a licensed waste carrier , thats my understanding of it.

Do you need a license for one of those as well ?
