As a rough guide I charge £20 a side...ie average 3 bed semi= £50-60
-
some go on per meter, but i usually jsut walk around the house and think of a number
-
3 bed semi with 5M either side including gable ends and windows around £80 - £100 depending how dirty they are.
-
i price them with hr rate and also depends on what area u live in aswell.as i priced 1 the other day took 2hrs £40 just priced another in a posh area will take me 3hrs price £90.
-
£4 per meter for me i recentlly up my price from £3 per meter , once i got my pressure waser and telescopic lance ive picked up loads more of the pvc work .
-
go on how long you think it will take you 1 hour 60 quid happy days and i all ways tie a scrim to my brush to dry it off better finish

I price per meter.....but two differant rates one for easy stuff and one for filthy.
Also re drying the upvc after cleaning,i allways do this.I have a 14" foamex tile squegee. It is on the end of a 20ft pole and a quick run along the fascia bottoms and soffits to take the drips out leaves them spotless.
