Title: Dot.com ?
Post by: wpclean on May 17, 2010, 07:31:51 am: Thinking of using a new business name ending in . com , my thinking is it will be easier to remember and it would be same as web domain name !
Good idea or not ?

I have just registered a .co.uk domain names & was thinking of buying .com as well but did not as .com is for international I am led to believe. I also considered .co that is due out in July.

.co.uk is the best for the uk, but some people do type .com by mistake so cover both bases.

In that case yes as long as it is short like "h2o.com" "we-clean-windows.com" however it will depend on whether it is availiable as I doubt something like the first will be.
