Title: T-CUT upvc restorer ?

I am looking for an effective cleaning system to clean my customers upvc frames, I have seen  this advertised .
Has anybody used this ?  I ask because it says that it cleans while leaving protective finnish .

i know i guy who use it he rates it
i never have
he bought 1 box full of 48 from poundland in leicester  ;D
