£1200 for a round that pulls £137 is that right?

if i were to sell my round should i be looking at 4 months turnover

some muppet will buy it thinking they have got a great start,  he prob started cant be bothered with it  as its too much work and gone and got a proper job

you d pick 137quids worth up in a few nights canvassing for half the custys he cleans.

i bet it takes him more like a full day and he misses frames,ledges and bathroom windows!!!

anyone who has a round thats been going 6 months isnt goin to get much for it!and 2 weekly is just too often!!

if it was very compact and could be cleaned in 5 hours and was right near my other work and i could double the prices and do em monthly instead i might give £100 for it! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
