Title: ladders or telescopic lance

am in two minds,  do i buy a big set of ladders and use my pressure washer to cleaner gutters, knowing full well what the results will look like,  or do i get a telescopic lance and sue that,  i know its safer, but the thing that puts me off is how do i know it is complete clean, do i just run it till the  water is clear  and for very dirty gutters, do u just blast the dirt walking away from the down spout

they are both about the same price,

Telescopic lances aren't banned,.. yet,... ;)
