tell her to get a window cleaner, sod working all day then coming home to clean your windows  :P  ;D

that's what i told her. could always plug the hose in for her though while i watch cup final

I clean the street we live in so ours get done every month the same as everyone else; I even get a cuppa for my troubles ;)

£20 to cheap 4 bed detached with con, might try £25 and a few beers for the footie

I tend agree with this, but if he does that whos going to bring a beer from the fridge when the matches are on ?.

I think charge her double for the first clean and get it on a quarterly, if you use ladders there also needs to be a perk involved.

Sounds to me though you may have trouble ahead so treat with caution!

I always use a delaying tactic.  Say you'll do them Tuesday next week because that's a quiet day or something.  Hopefully you'll manage to avoid doing them for a couple of more months with that one.
