On a lighter note

I was vacuuming with my Sebo today in customers bedroom the customer came into the room and said     

 "wow thats much cleaner"

but if you believe what we learn on training courses, pre-vacuuming removes 85-90% of the dirt in the carpet  so the carpet will look better after just vacuuming!!

imagine if you did a quote and told the customer that you can only remove 85-90% of the dirt in the carpet and asked them if they'll be happy with that....... then just give the carpet a good vacuum and ask for your payment ;D ;D

So quote for Dry Extraction.  For a little more, we will Wet Extract.  Imagine, cleaners competing against you not know all you were delivering was a slow vacuum process.
