Title: advice on getting quicker
Post by: mickeybok on May 11, 2010, 03:56:42 pm
I'm only new to wc, I have 40 customers at the mo and I am trying to put them together in a way that I can earn £100 a day. The problem is that with being new and trying to do a good job I'm very slow, so I am struggling to see how I can earn this amount.
Averaging about £8.50 a house so trying to clean up to 12 a day. Any advice on how to get quicker?

Dont try to get quicker, just price higher. Double your price on future quotes and you will increase your income.

The problem with targeting speed is that quality can be comprimised.

one thing you will learn v quick is that time is money in wc business.

trad or wfp you will get alot quicker as you get more practice and you will get used to working at each house/job - finding the best place for the ladder for example ......... and of course the current jobs will get easier as you clean them each time.....

dont let it get you down, soon you will be doing 20 houses a day and earning alot more.

Yep, I remember doing trad for six months and thinking 'there's no way I could get faster than what I am already'.  How wrong I was.
