Hi guys
I have a page up for a sponsered walk I'm doing - for cancer, and I have to go all the way to London to do it!! Anyway, I know one or 2 have done this already, but any litlle you could spare (even just a couple of quid) would be so much appreciated.

Good cause in my opinion, and hope you do well.
I am just about to start a fund raising effort myself for cancer, dont know what yet , any ideas appreciated.
I discovered only last Wednesday my sister has bowel/colon cancer after months of treating her for indigestion, then appendix problems and then an operation to remove 2 cysts on her ovaries..... sent her home week later she was even worse so finally a scan, yes the big c , an operation to remove which in itself is a massive op. Unfortunately it has spread to other organs the pancreas ,liver etc and no kemo can even be started until completed recovery from op which by the sound of things is going to take weeks.
She has just turned 40 , and at an educated guess only has a number of weeks, its so sad to see someone suffering and knowing they are going to die whether it be in a few weeks or a possible year. It makes all my every day problems insignificant
Bills , What are they ?

Geoff,
That's terrible news, my heart goes out to you and your family. We've got a similar situation playing itself out with one of my sisters in New Zealand so I know how you must be feeling.

Geoff and Simon, my heart really goes out to you and your families at such a dreadful time.
I'm always left wondering if there's anything I can do to help, so I'll donate to the above charity which is the very least any of us can do.
Kindest regards, Colin Day....

Wishing you and your family well Geoff. No words can take away the ongoing concerns you must be suffering, but this is another reason why we as a carpet cleaning community should stick together to help each other out where needed.

You and your family have my sincerest sympathy and best wishes.
This puts it all into perspective really, think i will give my lad a extra big cuddle tonight, because that whats really important, not a little financial loss like i had today.
Kind regards James Roffey
