It seems every time i come on this forum im talking about puke or poo!, maybe its the area im living in, lots of badly trained dogs ? any how its a 100% wool rug with some bad diorea any ideas ?

If the rug is light in colour and the area has yellowed advise the customer that stain has pobably taken colour from rug . Try an enzyme digester and wash out well.simon
