The patio doors on 2nd floors with the metal mesh or bars infront of em?

Juliet balcony is its name, bars can still go but a glass sheet is the pits. Cannot clean behind them. I regard them as internal cleaning as you cannot reach from outside.

You can with some, it depends on how much room you've got between the bars and the window.

I normally just give these a 'best effort' from the outside.  ;D

juliet balcony is one name but they are also called a fools balcony.
