i bought a 24v flojet pump 50 psi , will this do the job as regards wfp.

Or two 12v batteries wired together. Or a 24 volt lorry battery.

Depends upon what your system pressure is. 50 psi is on the low side nowadays, and you may find you are working very near to the pressure switch setting. Listen to see if the switch starts to cycle (turn on and off quickly).

You definatly wont be able to throttle the outlet to reduce the water, as this will almost certainly take your system pressure over 50psi and the pump will shut off.

i thought you need a leisure battery .

i keep trying to spend as little money as possible,as i dont have loads of it newly married every penny counts ,got a static system just sitting at my mums place as i dont get to use it ,cos i havent sorted my van out yet , ie pump battery tank.

where is the cheapest place to buy a 12v pump then and what psi is recomended , also where can i buy a battery ,
