Someone in your town took your business name, built a website using that name and put their telephone number on it even though they trade in another name?

there is nothing illegal in what he has done, he can even go buy ur ltd name  if you havent and make u change ur name,  it happened to chris evans and nike

That's why you should have setup a dormant ltd company. Then you can go limited and the take them to court.
