Title: power washing wall stain, whats best??

I've been asked to remove this from a wall, i have done driveways in the past but nothing like this. Anyone with any experience whats the best chemical to use to remove the scale? and where can i get it?

the brickwork looks rough at the bottom i would try a chemical with wfp m8!
