seen as though my vans off the road at the moment instead of getting frustrated like i have been i thought id paint the van floor.so i nipped out this morning and picked up some waterproof roof paint(black).ripped up horrible carpet from back of van.cleaned it up then applyed paint.took me about 2 hours altogether.looks ok! im now going to get a few big rubber mats to put down over it.
total cost for paint&brush £20-00 ;D ;D ;D
cambelt change& rear axle beam hopefully be done by wed then back to it for the next month or so(saturdays inclu if its not raining!)im weeks behind! ::) ::)

protecta cote , although more expensive is loads better, it is impregnated with old tyre bits , so it's non slip, very hard wearing, painted my floor with it 2 years ago, still going strong.

hi DML i would probably get some if it was a newer van.just bought one (10 yrs old)and the floors mint so i think itll suffice!im hoping the van lasts me 2 years or so then ill get something newer! ;) ;D ;D

can see where your coming from, just wanted to point out the difference, and why it costs more, so others would know, good luck with getting the wfp going,
once you get it , it will become a different job. ;)
