Why would you want to weigh 20 stones???  ???  Do you not want to live very long or something??

Just drink loads of protein drinks and mix it with a tonne of creatine and you will steam roll 20 stones ;D

it's called bulking up , body builders do it as a means to gaining extra muscle , then go on a cut, to loose weight(fat) , then the cycle repeats, have to work out hard though, or you will gain fat , not muscle

You could try phoning the customer the night before to leave the gate open, or asking for a spare key in the instances where you can get to the padlock.

I'd also suggest you try increasing your IQ to 20 and not worry too much about the weight.

(I can say that safely from behind my keyboard  ;D)

Being 20 Stone can't be healthy in the long term, whether it's muscle or fat; or whether it starts off as muscle and then 'relaxes' later in life.

I can just imagine there's a lot of long term extra stress on joints and back 'n' stuff; and maybe extra pressure on organs.

I spent a few days 'working' with a civilian body guard in Bosnia and he was a runner up for Mr UK 1990 (or early 90's), and he also auditioned for the 'new' TV programme Gladiators.  He told me he wrecked his back by jumping over a six foot wall for the TV programme; it was the landing that did it.  Two of his spinal column vertebra crushed the cartilage(?) in-between and he was bed ridden for a number of months.  It was only a six foot wall; something any normal fit person should be to get over without a problem.

The guy - though obviously strong and fit - seemed to be almost 'disabled' to me.

Presuming Ian was born in 1972 a 38 year old 20 stone man no matter if it is muscle or fat will NOT get over fences any easier as mass increases.

Sounds like you need a Dietitian and a Psychologist as you must have issues as yet unresolved.

the juice ain't good long term, i now from my own experience mind you Decca still help for injury's like tennis elbow etc, i remember back a few years when i first started wfp i was on the juice , i got a air lock or something system was not working 2nd day out so i got the hump and tried ripping my rear Astra van tail gate off, bent it good and proper then would shut, i look an laugh now been clean for over 3 years except for the odd few ml of Decca for tennis elbow an a back injury.
