Oh yes ...... had this problem and left it spotless , afraid the answer is get your ladders out say goodby to getting it done in the time allowed and scrub the marks off with a green scourer , it takes ages !!!!

The dreaded GREEN scourer? Surely not?

Siroflex solvent will get it off.We use it all the time. ;)

You could try using T-Cut instead of a scourer.

Some of you guys must have that many chemicals in the back of your vans you could be mistaking far terrorists :o
I think unless you've advertised the job as a restoration then I would clean it up the best I could and explain to the custie that the marks are some deep staining that needs some pretty labouries work to get looking like new and you will charge extra if they want it done. But if you've said you would restore like new when quoting then good luck.

i've done one today , with bad run marks, once it eats into the fascia surface it is very time consuming , the customer was still delighted with clean, just have to point out that they wont come back to new, the worse one's are where the felt from roof to gutter has rotted away , and eaves protectors have not been used,
rain then hits top of fascia and runs down.
