Title: SL-56.
Post by: Ken on May 07, 2010, 01:29:00 pm
Took delivery of Gardiners Superlight Carbon pole last month for a particular job. Did it this week and ran the pole up to nine sections. What a joy! So easy to use, flew through the work. Well worth the money!

The pole is modular rather than telescopic so you just slot on a section at a time, so you have to wrap the hose round the outside. It would be a fiddle if you were constantly adjusting the height, but I was putting it up to height then using it at that height for 30 minutes, then dropping a section off and so on...

As far as I know they are the only ones.  But have you felt the weight of those things?  They should be in a gym.

I'm not sure what the frames are made of. I think they're probably upvc, they've got a sort of plasticy grain effect when you get up close. The windows were in a bit of state when we first did them but after the second clean this week they look great and the management company are very happy. Which is nice.
