do you guys phone them up and pay and order over the phone?
im thinking of a CLX-22 as my first pole.they look the business and prob better than the xtel for only a few quid more!
or do you wait until they become available online?do you find invariably they are out of stock again very quickly?? ??? ??? ::) ::)

you'll prob need to pre-order.
I meant to do it today.
they take your payment details, but dont charge til its dispatched. if you order now it may be the beginning of june before it comes.
thats what I was told by them anyway.

pre order daz, the women said they where getting some in 16 may for public sale and then end of june, but i think they ahve had a lot of orders,

Never wait until they are in stock, just get on the blower first thing in the morning and put your order in.
I'm guessing the clx should be better than the xtel - you won't fault their customer service.
Don't trust emails either - I've had trouble with emails from Alex this last week not getting to me, don't know which end the problem is.
If you order online you should get an immediate return email confirming your order.

I ordered a CLX this morning over the phone. I tried to order it online but because it isnt in stock at the moment you cant put it in the 'basket' but just order it over the phone. they will take your details and card detials but money wont come out of your account until they send it to you
