I don't want to disapoint you but employments contracts cost a lot of money, mine cost over £600.
I don't think that anyone is going to just give them away, but the best of luck.

They are free from the government website, just download and adapt.

i know of a couple of people that have had contracts to different jobs and just changed afew paragraphs to suit your needs good luck in hiring

You will find that these contracts only cover the basics, but employing someone can involve complex clauses, for instance you will want to protect your customers from being poached by your staff, this clause needs to be inserted and worded correctly.

My contract of employment covers 36 paragraphs with even more sub paragraphs to hopefully cover every aspect of employing someone and to protect me and my business.
Don't forget if you get it wrong and you end up at a employment tribinal you will lose.

What the law requires you to do within two months of starting an employee is to provide a written statement of terms and conditions of employment (Employment Rights Act 1996) - that should be distinguished from a contract of employment which is the nature of the relationship between you and the employee.
Why is that important? Because it means that you can add, with the employee's agreement, pretty much anything you remember as time goes by by way of separate agreements in areas such as restrictive covenants and working time changes and, and I'm not saying this is a good thing, you can terminate the contract with statutory notice at any time in the first year without the prospect of a tribunal (discrimination excepted, obviously).
