Post by: sherco on May 01, 2010, 04:01:20 pm
I just wondered how you guys price window cleaning? I'm not a window cleaner i was just curious how you do it..I lay floors on a metre and clean floors the same way. Do you just think how long it will take and price that way...

Think of a number.... then double it.  If the customer has a cockney accent, stick a quid on the price.  ;D

Jokes aside.
I have devised a method of pricing which I get my canvassers to use, it usually gets the price to a few pence of what I want so they always get it right and we both earn good money, but more importantly it makes sure all my prices are consistent.
