Hi Guys,
Went to quote on a letting job and the carpet in the hallway was ripped out and this gem of a floor was hidden underneath. Been asked if I could clean it but have no experience in hard floor cleaning. It is covered in glue from where the carpet laid on top and some of the tiles are damaged. It is about a metre wide and roughly 15 foot long. Is hard floor cleaning a good thing to do as a side line and what kind of money could you charge to do a job like this It might be the nudge I need to get myself on a hard floor course.
All thoughts appreciated as always

First I would use a product called sealing and coating remover with a rotary machine leave on to dwell for 10-15 min wash of with water and vac off and then scrub and vac again then use a product called heavy duty tile and grout scrub in with rotary machine may need backing up with nanoscrub scrub again and let dwell 10-15 min then vac scrub again and vac finally seal sealer depends on what look customer would like.

I have an opportunity to do a job with tiles like this but they are just dirty the customer wants a shiny finish. I did not measure it but it is about 20 foot long by four foot wide. I have no idea what to charge as I normally clean carpets. Any ideas. Thanks Julian
