Ongoing we need a price for all external windows.

But a defo to be done is:

Communal stairwell/landings etc areas need a blitze clean i.e high level cobweb removal/dusting vac.

All tiles to the front require pressure washing as do the steps leading down to the basement area along with the basement area & removal of leaves.

Several of the tiles to front step are missing (but are there) & require re fixing.

If any one can undertake all these, please e mail me craig@cteast.co.uk

Thanks

Craig
