I would have thought it was way too cheap for a builders clean. personally I would have gone for about £250-£300 first clean, then £50-£60 for the regular. Its hard to tell from the pics, but what are the sills and frames like, they can take a while if there is little bits of tape and cement stuck on them. "Mainly dust" still means you will prob have to scrape every window.

Not got to scrape any mate, it is just dust, internall has stickers but im not doing that  ;D

£160, or £80 if they sign a contract for a monthly clean for 12 months

Hi, For something like that the first clean i would charge at £79.00 and then give a discount of 25% which would be roughly £59.00 for all other cleans.

£100 1st clean, all other every 4weeks at £60  ;)  ;D

thats what i would say due to the fact that its not a major builders clean - more dirt n dust than tape and concrete.

and having work close by helps to - if it was out of the way i would go up a bit
