Title: Cleaner Recruitment

Hi all

I'm in the process of setting up an agency cleaning business and wondered what other forum users thoughts were on the best method of recruiting self employed cleaners.

I was in recruitment for a number of years so have a good idea of the general methods however I wondered if anyone had any creative ways of recruiting.

What do you mean by "creative" are you looking for different ways to advertise for staff or are you looking for ways to employ staff whilst reducing your responsilbilities as the employer.
