What does a bank look for when assessing your request for finance. (Customer) "How do I stand for a loan?" (Bank) "You don't, you grovel "

Seriously, I'm explaining how they assess your request. If you know what they are looking for then you stand a better chance of making a better presentation. Secondly, I'll be looking at the different forms of finance and which is best for whatever you are trying to finance.

Van (or should I say the ambulance), is nearly 11 years old. Servicing and welding costs about £700 to £800 a year (or about 3 months payments if i was to upgrade to a new van).

I think it tells a picture, customers will see you as a down to earth reasonably priced cleaner who will focus on cleaning not by charging excessive amounts. (how wrong they were )
