Big Grip Ladder Stabilizer
« on: April 16, 2005, 10:26:47 pm »
Hello All,

I use a Rojak Ladder Stopper when using my ladder, but wondered if anyone has used the "Big Grip Ladder Stabiliser" sold at Cleantech.

Interested in comments if you use it.
How long does it take to set up? (I use my ladders very infrequently, except on a couple of big old houses where I need to use the ladder for a couple of hours solid)
Does it feel safe on all surfaces, including uneven surfaces?

Thanks in advance for your comments.

Jonathan

Never used the above, I use a laddermate on blocks of flats its as solid as a rock with no ladder bounce.  I go up to the second floor no trouble at all.  A wfp would be no good for these flats as they are old windows that do not fit properly.

hmm, personally, I'd lose an account like that...there's easier pickings to have...but that's just me...

Thanks for comments.

Just wondered if anyone used it as it looks solid on uneven ground, but i guess no-one's using one.

P.S. I'd lose that account too! Ouch. Very.
