Surely alot of your objectives are directly related to what you want out of life.
I started 5 months ago, I was aiming to build and build until eventually I had people working window rounds and also taking on contract cleaning work. After 5 months I have decided I enjoy just earning a nice living without the stress and hassle that I had in my previous employment, the very thing I wanted to get away from, I enjoy my increased time with my wife and kids and have no intention of going back to targets and deadlines.
I have managed to build a round of approx 1400 pounds in 5 months, I will be adding to this over the next few months, a bit at a time and gradually building to a full round, then I will be just replacing the poorer work with good quality jobs.
