got asked to quote this today , wasnt sure , what you reckon ?

 Its the whole building , top 2 floors only , its the same bays behind the tree at the front , its to be done every 3 months .

Only people near you Rich can give you a fair estimate.

My price is not necessarily what you can charge as me area maybe financially more affluent.

I suggest you take your hourly rate and go with that, add a bit more on for unforseen circumstances.

You will need a ladder to access the balcony area.

I would look to complete this job comfortably in 1 hour/1 operative.

Too hard to estimate really.

Ground floor wont be a problem , its a public library , i will just do it on the day that they are closed .

I think i will price it at £50 , they are expecting more for the first clean as they are mankey , £75 sound fair ?
