Hi all am new to this site. I have 3 really good rounds for sale in sheffield ive been doing them for 7 years all three take between 550 and 600 per week all good work been done traditionally but water fed pole would be an advantage on quite alot of it lookin for 5 cleans may split if price is right no problem working with new buyer for ease of swap over i know most of peoples first names . ring jon 07895103522 :)

Hi Jon. Which side of Sheffield is the work in? Are the rounds compact? Have you enquired as to whether your customers would accept a changeover to wfp? Would be interested in buying the lot off you if things add up.

some of the work is north sheffield this work would definately benefit wfp and most if not 80% of people wouldnt have a problem and are never in anyway they are all great customers and good payers.The other work is south sheffield and is also good work the last part of the work is ex council houses and i consider this to be the best lots of people in and cant wait to pay.
