I have a good number of custards on GoCardless now and i have it so the payments are automatically coming out every 4 weeks. Most of my customers are on 4 weekly cleaning, but obviously whenever i take a week off for holiday or xmas etc, then its now worked out that half a dozen or so are now paying for windows 2-3 weeks before im even due round lol.
I don't have a problem with this, but i dont want to risk upsetting customers. Is there an easy way to change and delay the payments or reset them for a few weeks later than scheduled? Also, i dont want to bother customers either, im only going to change this if i can do it easily without annoying customers. They dont want to have to setup again etc...
What would you do.....
