HI
IM JUST WONDERING WHAT PRICES TO CHARGE FOR COUNCIL HOUSES IN MY VILLAGE, CURRENTLY THERE IS NOBODY DOING THE JOB,I WOULD LIKE TO START MY OWN ROUND,BUT UNSURE WHAT PRICE TO CHARGE, ALSO,PRICING THE SHOPS AS WELL, NOT YOUR WOOLIES SIZE

I'd go for the amount on the above post mate.

When i started i only charged 50p per window which wasn't enough but when starting out you seem to take anything at any price.

Don't make that mistake.

After a while you'll get into it you will have an idea how long a job will take so start working your prices on an hourly rate. Thats what i do.

I work on a £20 - £25 per hour rate.

I use WFP so i can get the job done quicker but i still used this method when i was Trad

We use trad and have a min price of £10 per house even on council estates.
We make sure we do a first class job every time cleaning window and frame etc.
If they want a good reliable cleaning they will pay.
