???I am about to find out! I have just (Friday) got one thru, Linctel. Costs £20 set up fee then 6.5p /min peak and 5p/min off peak. Min call only 3p, Min monthly spend only £2. NO contract.  This was all set up within minutes of me emailing Linctel with the order. Aapparently 90% of businesses in the States use FreeCall compared to 10% in UK. It is said that Freecall CAN increase your leads by 60%. We will see.........

I've had a Freephone number for about 3 years. I always put my ordinary BT number as well as the Freephone number in all advertising. I'd say 99% of the time the BT number is called not the Freephone number. Maybe it brings in a tiny amount of work but not alot.
