Title: Acid used on tile floor
Post by: kcscleaning on August 19, 2022, 04:32:38 pm
A new sports centre have used acid based cleaner on there new tiled floor over number months

The floor is now very slippery and you can clean it and it becomes dirty again very quickly

Im i right in saying the acid has taken of the non slip coating off, plus the tile become porous causing rapid re soiling

Can anyone suggest what to do? To fix the any the issues either a way to clean it or help with slippery issue or how to clean it

Also if it is the acid that cause the problems, anyone know of any case studies, as the were recommended by a flooring except to use acid based cleaner

Any advice would be great
