Well i have a number of lads who work for me bascially i pay them a % of what they earn each week i set them certian work out and if they finish early we go and help someone else out who is normally behind normally me cause i dont get out of bed till 9.30ish  ;D

ive got some small 2 bed terrace an can do 8 an hour, if i could get away with £1 a window i would only work 2 days a week  :P

ONE HEART ATTACK LATER,OR SERIOUS ACCIDENT CUS OF RUSHING YOU HAVE TO RETIRE,[HOPE THIS NEVER HAPPENS TO YOU]MY DAD WORK TOO HARD ALL HIS LIFE,BUT DIED 3 WEEKS BEFORE HE WAS DUE TO RETIRE AND HAD TWO HEART ATTACKS IN DOING SO. :'(

£3.50 per house bret.i have been doing it since i was 15 iam now 24. 2 up 2 down front and back.
