I was having a really bad day on friday,and i had got 1 more house to do,i was soaked, peed off and my new 1 day old varistream was playing up,
one of my customers who`s has i had just done saw i was not happy we had a chat about was was up,part of this was my end piece of hose with my connectors was leaking big time,he said "i`ll see what i can do,if you are this way on monday give me a knock",
so i went to finish the last house today i left on friday,he came over to me and handed me a length of reinforced hose with metal push fit connectors on each end and a spare all new,and didn`t want anything for them,
it just goes to show that there are people who care and appreciate their window cleaner,Gaz
