By the sound of it your burining out the preasure switch, options are fit a by pass or varistream.
But if you use a bypass You will need to by a new preasure switch, if you get a varistream you wont.

Hi when I first started years ago, my pumps would only last a few days.
What happens is you shut off the flow by using a tap on the end of the hose to stop the flow, the pump keeps pumping till the presure switch stops the pump and this action is prefored every few seconds and is called cycling. The result switch burn out.

Using a control valve on the end of the hose is fine if you are using a varistream, problems occur when you are not using the varistream as the pressure increases to 100psi switching the pump off, the pressure rapidly decreases and the pump comes back on, pressure increases rapidly again and cycles the pump, not only does this damage the pressure switch but can also damage the diaphram motor.

When i first started wfp,i burnt out 3 shurflo pumps in 2 months, fitted varistream 16 months ago and been useing the same pump without any problem at all,i wouldnt dream of working without varistream fitted.

Spend more and buy a Flojet. Simple.

I have been wfp now with 53 days done with my pumps.
The only problem was air getting drawn into one of the pumps one day. I tightened the placstic nut on my Flowjet pump and the problem went away.
I have 2 x 60 psi flowjet pumps with 100 mtrs m/bore per pump. I have no bypass valve and I have no varistream. THe flowrate is Bang on, not to little and not to much.
I have a valve on my m/bore to switch water on and off.
It works a treat.
