hi kev im off the window cleaning section of the forum but need a bit of advice.
we moved into a new build development in oct last year.
out the front of our house we have a large green area, then  a tarmac path, kerb stone and block paved road.

over the past few months when it rains, the water drains out of the grass onto the path, kerb and road, the drain water is rust coloured so i assume there is old metal under the grass, which is causing staining on the path, kerb and road,my neighbours have tried to jet was the stained areas but it has not improved much as i assume surfaces are pourous.
whilst i dont want  to get involved ,i just wondered what you feel is the way forward and how to remove the staining,if the products required are not to expensive i might get involved and try to earn a few browny points with my new neighbours.
the stained aread is approx 15m sq,would hypo remove it if left to dwell ?

many thanks regards colin
