Tarmac
« on: August 01, 2014, 05:31:03 pm »
I've just bought a PW.
Honda GX390 15lpm 3000psi and a FSC.
Bought it 2nd hand on here.
When he got here with it, Mike said that it's too strong to clean my Tarmac drive. Demonstrated it, and yeah, it was.

My question is: can I wind the power down somehow? There is a lever to make the engine slower, it's next to the choke. Can I do that? Or will it still damage the Tarmac?
If it'll still do damage, any suggestions how to clean it please?
I don't want to use chemicals.

TIA

Big black kn ob on the uploader( next to where you connect the yellow pressure hose)  turn it anti clockwise it will turn down the pressure.

But I'd use it at full pressure but use a bigger jet on your lance so you get more flow but less pressure.
