Is this an impregnating product or not ?

Struggling with trying to decide whether this is a an impregnating product. Opinion number 2 seems to give a indepth view.

Not sure if it should have been applied twice...I don't think so some how, maybe wet on wet? ::)roll

Chris this product should either be taken orally or anally. If taken anally it should be poked as far as possible up hill - I'm sure Kevin will advise in further detail when you fail miserably to get the answer correct and then argue with his marking.
