I have a job to get done for one of my clients. This house is close to Alwoodley just North of Leeds. I have done about 4 houses for this guy and he is great to work for. He needs 160M2 of slate cleaning in his games room and then it will need sealing with Aqua Mix Enrich N Seal. This is a relatively easy job but it will need a lot of careful masking beforehand as all the wallpaper is hand made and his three sets of oak patio doors will need to be carefully masked and his drapes. I have written the quote and specification for this job and priced it already because it was scheduled for March next year. You will require a decent mono rotary machine, a good quality wet vacuum, as well as all the normal paraphernalia. I will supply all masking, cleaning materiels and sealer. If you are not comfortable with Aqua Mix Enrich N Seal please do not apply to do this job as it has to be perfect. I cannot do this job for him before Xmas and he has 30 guests for New Year which is why he wants it done! The housekeeping staff will remove all furniture from the room with the exception of the Snooker Table, A Pair of Full Sized driving games like those in an Arcade and his Full Sized Skittle Alley.
