Time for a new machine .... i have a 2 yr old storm at the moment but fancy something different anyone gone from a storm to the miniflex 400 or the new style jag 6.6.....opinions if you have

I would not have thought they were comparable machines.
Storm and jag are top end with huge tanks
Miniflex is a compact machibe with a compact tank

I've gone from the storm to the miniflex and can confirm the vac power is better. You lose on the pump spec however 400 and above isn't needed on carpets. The tank capacity isn't issue for me as 3 buckets of water gives you plenty to be getting on with, domestically. The small footprint I find is ideal for me. We're always looking to change to a different machine when it comes to replacing with new. The Storm is an excellent machine and cleansmart give a good service. As long as you like the manufacturer then I wouldn't change, the Jag isn't for me.

The hx is a great machine. The jag will be same spec more or less as a storm. The hx is obviously smaller. All will have similar vac power, the hx having the weakest pump - no trouble for carpets though

Stick with the storm
If I fill it I can do 2 rooms
Carry 25lt and it’s 3 rooms or a 3+2
All saves on emptying refilling searching for water it suits my way of working.
And when empty is actually easier to take up stairs than a smaller machine as I have a mini
